Am I preg? have extreme fatigue and headache and naseuas for two weeks?

I have frequently and with out protection we just withdrawl method....two weeks ago I started getting headaches that last like all day and felt really tired at work even though i slept more than 6 hours a nite. Then I have this nauseas feeling too like bloated, crampy, sick feeling around 8:30 every morning and different times thorugh out the day. I took a pregnancy test a week ago it came out negative, so had decided to wait till my period came...it was suppose to come yesterday and hasn't I thought it would be here today and hasn't except light light spotting when i wipe. I feel like i'm gonna get it, but it hasn't come. Is this normal if i'm pregnant? I'm very very regular every 24th of month except whn i'm on pills or shot...Any help please!!!
