The chicken salad is a great choice with light or fat free dressing, but the ramen noodles and gatrade? Not really a good choice. And you need to take in around 2000-2200 calories a day because you are growing and need your nutrients. Aim for complex carbs such as whole grains, fruit, and other products. Cut off the gatorade and ramen noodles and other junk food. And exercise 3-5 times a week. Hope that helps =D
