I agree with you about schaub. He is one of the most accurate QBs in the league and also led the league with most yards last year. He is a lot more consistent than Rogers. You do need help at receiver. Heyward isn't going to do much and holt is getting old and sims-walker is turning out to be a stud and taking over as the number 1 in jacksonville. Sproles will put up good numbers now that LT is gone. He is a little small, but his Speed and agility make up for it. Celek is a stud tight end and he will be Kolbs crutch this year. Crumpler on the other hand is horrible. You need to replace him. Other than that everything looks pretty good.
