I get off at 12:30 @12:40 i stopped at l store, i opened door n my feet slipped, what do i do SOS HURT?

i fell hit my head an left elbow,a car was tpullin in 2 spaces to the right i look u she look at me, i go to this store often after work, win i told them they made jokes, theb cme in and said she saw me and a temp supervisor commiting on my wet clothes an bbleeding elbow, i told the guy who i thought was the manager to come w me to see he said how u get between the buiding and the spout lol,.. i said i open the door and fell then belinda cam in andsaid u have a witness , the workers said we no longer have ur wine and don't no u ,, temp su was there don' tn o her name. took employee out , ask about a inj report he made another joke i did't go tohospital cna't sleep causemy back leg and arm is huritng what do i do, or just hope everything willbe ok
