Are there any websites that teach you how to do pretty hair updos?

hi i would really like a really good website on how to do hair in pretty thing,and does anyone know how they put their in a ponytail and wrap another piece of hair around the starting point so it doesn't look like you have used a hair tie? thanx xxx ooo
