I can get to yahoo, I cant get into yahoo personals, Im regestered and paid up. I cant view .or an

I can get into my yahoo account no problem. My problem is I cant get into my yahoo personals account, my profile doesnt come up, no viewing or answering. I registered and paid up 6months ahead. I updated to xp7 yesterday and by mistake hit the sign out my account tab I was able to get back into yahoo wby signing in as usual, but I couldnt get into my yahoo personals and profile. It is as if I m not and a registered member. Do I have reregister or how do I reactivate my yahoo personals account. Ive tried yahoo customer 3 times, I still getting the runaround.
