My 13 week old mastiff?

My puppy got attacked by a bulldog about a week ago and ever since hes bin scared of dogs that bark he will also chase little dogs and try and bite them when the other dog runs round in circles he goes to my mums who has 2 small breed dogs and a large breed dog and he seems good with them. How do i get him out of this situtation?
