What additional skills do I need to do graphic design?

I currently have a BA hons degree in textile design in which I specialised in print. I have been finding it increasingly difficult to find employment in textiles and was thinking of trying for graphic design jobs as well, but although I have the design knowledge and can use some software as photoshop and illustrator, I would like to know how to use other software and learn to do web design etc. Does anyone know any courses available that I can do part-time to get these additional skills.
