What is that drainage in my kitten's eyes?

There's not a lot. In fact, I never see it looking "goopey" just a little crust in the inner corners of his eyes. He is 4 weeks old and apparently healthy otherwise. I took him to the vet and they gave me dewormer med. and said he looked good but too young for shots and testing.
