Are there really bad flaws in Modern Warfare 2 online multiplayer?

i think kill streak rewards really killed this game. everyone wants nukes and etc etc. soo this causes ppl to camp, this causes ppl to nuke boost, and this takes advantage of all the other flaws of the game. its a game first of all, but my pet peeve is inconsistent gameplay FOR EXAMPLE, i snipe someone across the map(in the chest) one shot kill, then im closer this time and i get a hit marker?!?!? in the same spot (chest) it doesnt make sense bad game mechanics. also lets say a long spaz shot kills, then im closer and again i get a hit marker that makes me crazy lol...but its what ever.
