I have rather difficulties when i enjoy the English language film?

I am an English translator specialzed in writting doent translation and the un-surmounted obstacle is the excellent listening comprehension especially when I received some orders to translate Hollywood film without any caption. Could you any of you whose mother language is English can help me and at least give me some tips! How can I overcome the bottleneck ?Great gratitude to you!
