Pre-pointe exercises?
yes like the other answer the theraband is very helpful. and do releves but on a stair so that ur heels are off the stairs. do jumps (soutes) and make them really really slow so that u have a deep plie and that use ur metatarsol to push off so that ur foot is pointed in the air. you should be able to do the entire ballet cl in the center ( u need balance) and a super strong core (crunches) ( exercises) for ur : lay down on ur back then bend your knees as if u were doing crunches then squeeze ur super hard and lift it to make you body diagonal then lower ( repeat up down up down etc) good luck u will love pointe :)
