What is the risk of having ?

So, today one of my friends who had an active outbreak tried to shake my hand but I spotted something that resembled whitlow because he has a immune system problem, and I have always noticed him touching the sores with cuts on his hands, so I turned his handshake away. He then tries to adjust my tie (without me asking him to) and I am scared that one of his sores could have touched my neck which has a couple of dead skin from acne, I am pretty sure it was not firm what so ever but what are the risk that I have something, I know I do not have through a blood check 5 months ago and I have been careful ever since.
